The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

· Maintaining a fully hedged book on all metals. This includes, but is not limited to: Purchasing and selling, discounting metals and booking the transactions and working with Accounting & Finance Team members to ensure accuracy

· Allocating physical metal. This includes, but is not limited to working with Bullion personnel to fabricate proper products in the proper time frame; managing inventory, etc.

· Providing metals to all divisions as needed. This includes, but is not limited to understanding the purchase orders in order to provide the correct amount of metal

· Leasing metals while keeping exposure to a minimum

· Managing cash flow, including working with division Customer Service departments to determine the proper cash needs

· Timely and accurate entering and executing all transactions executed and cleared

· Daily auditing, maintenance, and correction of errors

· Effectively utilizing of software programs, Internet applications, and databases required to complete workload requirements

· Providing courteous customer service and effective communication with clients, company representatives, and Metalor associates

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Bachelor of Science in Business

· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

· Effective verbal and written English communication skills

· Strong math skills

· Working knowledge of SAP

· Very strong inter-personal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization (locally and globally)

· The ability to work independently

· Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization including senior level management

· The willingness and the ability to work long hours when market conditions dictate

· Ability to travel domestically 2 to 4 times per year
