Due diligence policy

Beyond the legal requirements regarding money laundering, Metalor adheres to the highest standard of ethical sourcing of precious metals materials, as set forth in our Supply Chain Due Diligence Policy. We do not, for example, conduct refining business that is associated with armed conflict or child labor. In some parts of the world (e.g., the Democratic Republic of the Congo), we do not have the resources to properly vet a source of precious metals in these respects, and accordingly we must decline business from those areas. We therefore particularly need to know the countries of origin from which you acquire precious metals to guide us in our due diligence. We encourage you to join Metalor in this policy. We require that you respect our policy in your business dealings with us, and certify that you will comply with such policy.

If you have any questions regarding due diligence policy or its implementation, please contact one of our Compliance Officers in your region
