- Be the key user and accredited person for the psychometric tool Insights Discovery® (plan Insights training, plan accreditations, organize the tests, interpret the results and give feed-back)&lt;br /&gt;
- Organize team-building exercises, workshops and other meetings that may need a facilitator&lt;br /&gt;- Active participation in the development of strategic change programs e.g. health &amp; safety methodology S.T.O.P, lean and Six Sigma, QRQC methodology, etc…

We are currently searching for a Technical Sales Engineer for our Advanced Coatings Division. As an integral part of our Americas sales team, the incumbent will be responsible for&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;providing technical service for the Metalor Chemicals business including the development of new proprietary processes allied to the precious metal and some base metal, electroplating market.

&lt;li&gt;Helping bring the following products/processes to market in a timely fashion:

&lt;li&gt;Competitive high speed and regular speed acid gold processes.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Competitive pure gold processes.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Competitive high speed palladium and palladium alloy processes.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Competitive high speed silver processes for semi-conductor and bright silver processes for decorative applications.&lt;/li&gt;
