ACTIVITES :

Audit des filiales et processus Metalor afin d’évaluer et de proposer des recommandations en vue d’améliorer le contrôle interne
Planification des missions d’audit et rédaction des programmes de travail
Effectuer l’audit des cycles assignés en réalisant les tests de conception et d’efficacité opérationnelle du contrôle interne
Documenter les procédures d’audit
Rédiger les observations d’audit ainsi que les recommandations visant à corriger les déficiences de contrôle interne
Communiquer les conclusions d’audit au management local, division et groupe
Follow up des audits en veillant à l’application des recommandations
Participer à l'élaboration de projets annexes visant à améliorer le fonctionnement du département d'audit interne

VOUS:

Bénéficiez d’un Master’s degree en Management ou Economie ou d’un titre jugé équivalent
Avez travaillé au minimum 2 ans dans un poste similaire
Connaissances de l’environnement de production (manufacturing) et vous possédez des connaissances des principaux référentiels de contrôle interne
Avez d’excellentes connaissances en français ainsi qu’en anglais (espagnol et /ou chinois, un plus)
Maîtrisez les logiciels Word, Excel, et avez de très bonnes connaissances de Powerpoint
Connaissances de SAP R/3, Visio, Software d’analyse d’audit (IDEA ou ACL), un plus.
Etes ouvert, autonome, persévérant, curieux, proactif, possédez une bonne faculté d’adaptation, êtes doué d’un bon sens de l’écoute et de la communication (écrite et orale), capable de promouvoir des idées de manière efficace, aimez le travail d’équipe
Possédez une bonne compréhension des états financier, des « Business Process » et savez identifier les risques.
Etes capable de développer et exécuter les procédures d’audit
Etes disposé à voyager régulièrement (50%)

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

· Maintaining a fully hedged book on all metals. This includes, but is not limited to: Purchasing and selling, discounting metals and booking the transactions and working with Accounting & Finance Team members to ensure accuracy

· Allocating physical metal. This includes, but is not limited to working with Bullion personnel to fabricate proper products in the proper time frame; managing inventory, etc.

· Providing metals to all divisions as needed. This includes, but is not limited to understanding the purchase orders in order to provide the correct amount of metal

· Leasing metals while keeping exposure to a minimum

· Managing cash flow, including working with division Customer Service departments to determine the proper cash needs

· Timely and accurate entering and executing all transactions executed and cleared

· Daily auditing, maintenance, and correction of errors

· Effectively utilizing of software programs, Internet applications, and databases required to complete workload requirements

· Providing courteous customer service and effective communication with clients, company representatives, and Metalor associates

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Bachelor of Science in Business

· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

· Effective verbal and written English communication skills

· Strong math skills

· Working knowledge of SAP

· Very strong inter-personal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization (locally and globally)

· The ability to work independently

· Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization including senior level management

· The willingness and the ability to work long hours when market conditions dictate

· Ability to travel domestically 2 to 4 times per year

Technical Sales Engineer

We are currently searching for a Technical Sales Engineer for our Advanced Coatings Division. As an integral part of our Americas sales team, the incumbent will be responsible for providing technical service for the Metalor Chemicals business including the development of new proprietary processes allied to the precious metal and some base metal, electroplating market.

The essential functions of this position include, but not limited to:

Helping bring the following products/processes to market in a timely fashion:
- Competitive high speed and regular speed acid gold processes.
- Competitive pure gold processes.
- Competitive high speed palladium and palladium alloy processes.
- Competitive high speed silver processes for semi-conductor and bright silver processes for decorative applications.
- Other processes that may be required as an ongoing process.
Providing technical assistance as and when appropriate for installations.
Providing technical service at key customer accounts as and when appropriate.
Performing regular analysis and troubleshooting experimentation at customers’ request producing results in a timely fashion.
Providing training as appropriate for junior staff.
Generating technical papers for publication and/or presentation at society meetings.
Generating monthly activities and projects controls.
Preparing and participating in technical presentations for customers.
Participating in the International Technical Exchange Program of the corporation.
Interfacing regularly with business managers in the chemicals divisions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Education & Knowledge

Bachelors Degree in Chemistry
Knowledge of electroplating chemistry and technology; including formulation and application

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of electroplating, with emphasis on precious metals, gold, silver, palladium and palladium nickel.
Some base metal experience is desirable.
Familiarity with FMEA preferred

Skills

Excellent problem solving skills, organization, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to interface with suppliers, all level of employees, business groups, and external customers
Ability to work with minimal to no supervision
Ability to prepare presentations and reports as required

Technical Skills
